How do I export contacts from my current CRM into First?
While you are able to sync your phone contacts and your email accounts through the First Conversations mobile app, we do recognize that some agents might also have valuable contact information inside of their CRM that would be good to add to their First account.
Click on your CRM below to view step-by-step instructions we have compiled of how to extract your contacts. If your CRM is not listed below, just reach out to email@example.com for further support.
Once you have exported your contacts, send your file to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to upload into your First account.
