Are you getting the below error message when connecting your Yahoo! email address?
The good news is that Yahoo! requires several security features when connecting to a 3rd party app. Syncing your Yahoo! email with First will require you to create an app specific password to keep your account safe. The bad news is that it will take a few more steps then connecting a Gmail account.

1. Enable Two Factor Authentication on your account
In order to enable Two Factor Authentication on your account, follow the steps outlined below:
Login to your Yahoo account and click on the avatar by your name in the top right corner. It will open a drop down box. Select Account Info.
On the left hand side, click Account Security.
Under Account Security, scroll down to the bottom. Find the 'Allow apps that use less secure sign in' section and flip the switch on the right hand side to blue.
Find Two-step verification section and flip the switch on the right hand side to blue as well.
After turning on two step verification, it will prompt you to enter your mobile phone number.
Enter the code sent to your mobile phone number and click Verify.
Select Create App Passwords.
2. Create An App Password
Select Other App from the drop down
Name your password First and click Generate
Write down or copy the App password presented on your screen. You will need this password later to enter into First.
3. Enter App Password Into First
Open your First Conversation app and click on the Network tab at the bottom right of the screen.
In blue letters you will see 'Add Email Account'. Click to add your Yahoo! email account.
Enter your email address into the space provided and click 'Sign In'.
When prompted to enter your password. DO NOT enter your regular email password. Instead enter the app specific password you copied or wrote down that was provided by Yahoo! For example, given the app password provided above, in the password section you would type: fanc uyvw vxur epqr (WITH the spaces) into the password space. Yes, your password is long and hard to type in, but it keeps your account safe and secure!
If you have reached this point, you have successfully synced your Yahoo! account and should see your contacts in app shortly.
