While you do have the option to export your email contacts manually from your email provider, First does have the capability to sync those same accounts on an ongoing basis. This enables you to avoid having to manually export those contacts whenever new ones are added. Below are some of the most commonly used email providers that agents sync to First:
- Apple Mail
In order to connect your email account for syncing, follow the steps outlined below:
- Download the First Conversations mobile app (if you haven't already).
- Once logged in, enter the email address of the account you would like to sync and appropriate password for the email account.
- Repeat these steps for as many accounts as you'd like.
**Please note, that if you have already downloaded the First Conversations mobile app, you will want to log in to the app and proceed to the 'Profile' tab to sync your email address(es).
