Next Steps are an easy way to manage your follow up. You can set Next Steps for any contact, and we'll remind you when they're due.
When you add a contact to your In-Flow or Hot List, we automatically set a Next Step to connect with them in one week. Once you reach out, complete that Next Step and set another based on your conversation.
With multiple Next Steps, you can create an individual action plan for each contact you want to focus on.
There are three easy ways to create Next Steps:
Tap the "+" button from the Next Steps tab
Tap the "Set Next Step" button from the Connections section of your contact’s detail page
Tap the more options button on any contact from the In-Flow or Hot List.
Completing a Next Step
If you would like to mark a Next Step as completed, you can simply click the check box located on the left hand side of the Next Step box from the Next Steps section on your Home tab or from the Next Steps tab on the Navigation bar at the bottom of the app.
Deleting/ Cancelling a Next Step
If you would like to delete a Next Step that has been created, you can do so from your contact’s Profile page. Toggle to the Connections section and click the ‘x’ to the right of the Next Step you would like to delete.
Editing a Next Step
If you would like to edit a Next Step that you have created, you can do so from your contact’s Profile page. Toggle to the Connections section and click the Next Step you would like to edit. Here, you can change the message, the contact, or the reminder date.
