When you click on a contact in your Opportunities list, you will notice they have been assigned a star rating of one star ⭐, two stars ⭐⭐ or three stars ⭐⭐⭐. The star rating is the potential of how likely that contact is to list their home in the next 6-12 months, with three star ⭐⭐⭐ contacts having the most potential to list.
Star ratings are generated through our model which incorporates over 700 personal and property related data points to determine a holistic picture of a contact’s likelihood to sell. Using artificial intelligence, we make suggestions on who to reach out to based on early indications of listing potential so that you can build relationships with those people to win trust and hopefully also win their business.
Star Ratings Updates
Contacts are rerun through our model each month to make sure you have the most updated predictions. When new seller stars are added, you will see them marked with a red ‘NEW’ badge under your contact’s photo or initial icon.
Once a contact’s home is sold, their star rating is removed and they are not scored again for another 6 months.
Incorrect Star Rating
You may see a ⭐⭐⭐ rating for a contact who you know is not moving anytime soon. This does not mean the model is not working. This simply means that the contact and property exhibited factors that were indicative of a high potential to list their home.
