At this time, First is a mobile only application. You can download the iOS app HERE or through your phone’s Apple Store by searching for First Conversations.
First is NOT supported nor can be used on the following platforms:
- Desktop Computers
- iPhone SE, and
- Android Tablets
You can download the First app to your iPad, however, First has not been optimized for iPad use, nor do we test our product on iPads.
As a workaround to not being able to use First on the desktop, many agents to export their contacts to a .csv file and work from that file on their desktop computer.
Updating your App
In order to make sure that your First app is running efficiently, you should make sure that you're on the most updated version available.
If First notices that you are not on the most up to date version of the app, we will notify you through a banner above the Navigation bar as seen below. Once you click the [Update] button, you will be directed to your phone's app store.
If you need to manually update your app to the most updated version, please follow the below instructions:
- Open the iOS App Store
- Search for and open ‘First Conversations’
- Select the blue Update button or click the Update section at the bottom of your screen.
