Once your MLS is connected, you will see a similar Network Efficiency graph as below on your Home tab. This will show you the number of Deals Won and Deals Missed since joining First or since Jan 1 of the current year. These numbers will reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
Your Network Efficiency is calculated by dividing the total number of Deals Won by the total number of deals. For example, in the graph below we would take the total number of Deals Won (14) and divide that by the total number of deal (14 + 33) = 30%
Deals Won
Deals Won reflects the amount of deals that have occurred within your MLS that you have won this year or SINCE you joined First. These will be deals that you were listed as the Listing Agent or Buyer’s Agent within your MLS. If you record listings in more than one MLS, we recommend adding that MLS to your account.
To access your Deals Won, click on the Home tab of the First app and scroll down to your Personal Network Efficiency graph. Here you will see two buttons on the top, Deals Won and Deals Missed. Click on Deals Won.
Deals Lost
Deals Missed reflects the amount of deals that have occurred within your MLS, since you joined First, from contacts in your First app that did not have you listed as the Listing Agent or Buyers Agent.
To access your Deals Missed, click on the Home tab of the First app and scroll down to your Personal Network Efficiency graph. Here you will see two buttons on the top, Deals Won and Deals Missed. Click on Deals Missed.
Editing Your Won and Missed Deals
At this time you can link a won listing in your MLS to a contact in your First app, however, you cannot make any other edits to the deals that appear in your Deals. If you find that a deal is missing or incorrectly labeled or added, please contact a member of Customer Support to troubleshoot.
