First is available as a 12-month pre-paid subscription, which will automatically renew on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Cancel your subscription before this date to prevent an automatic renewal. You will be charged for your subscription at the time you subscribe or at the time your subscription renews.
From time to time First may choose to offer free trial periods. If you subscribe during a free trial you may cancel your account during the trial period with no further obligation. If you do not cancel during your trial you will be charged for a 12-month subscription, which begins when the trial ends. If you participate in a free trial you are ineligible to participate in any future trials.
The subscription includes the following paid services: one-time data augmentation when your contacts are imported, monthly analysis of up to 3000 contacts and the presentation of seller star ratings. [Is this a good place to frame our freemium model for the sake of future integration?] Your subscription also provides access to an online account portal where you can manage your contact database.
If you decide to cancel your subscription you will retain access to your account until the end of your current subscription period. At that time your subscription will end and you will no longer be able to access the application or account portal.
You may re-subscribe if you wish but we do not guarantee any data from your previous subscription will be available in your new account.
First is a RE/MAX exclusive product. If you leave RE/MAX during your subscription period, you will lose access to your First account and agree to forfeit the remainder of your pre-paid term. You may not end a subscription early and we do not offer refunds.
