If you are adamant that you would like to cancel your subscription at the end of your current term, you can set your account to not auto-renew from the Account tab in your First app.
How to Cancel Your Account
Under Settings, click the Plan Details button. Here, you will see the plan you selected, Annual or Quarterly, and your plan renewal date.
To cancel your account, click Do Not Renew. You will be asked to confirm that you do not wish to renew your subscription and your subscription will be set to end on the day of your next renewal.
When Does My Account Cancel?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will ONLY cancel at the end of your subscription term. For example, if you signed up on February 25 for the quarterly plan, your subscription would auto-renew at the same price for another quarter on May 25. If you click the Do Not Renew button during your initial quarterly subscription, instead of auto-renewing, your plan would cancel on May 25 with no further charges. If you signed up for the annual plan and signed up on February 25, if you click the Do Not Renew button, your plan would cancel on February 25, 2021.
It is RE/MAX's policy that no refunds will be issued if you would like to cancel before your subscription term ends or when an agent leaves their brokerage.
