The account tab is where all pertinent information about your First app is located. You can find account resources, contact counts and import sources on this tab.
Manage my Agent MLS ID
Upon signing into the First app, you will be prompted to click 'Link My MLS' at the bottom of the Home tab. If you skip that step or need to add another Agent MLS ID, you can do so by clicking this button.
The First app will send you daily reminders for Next Steps due, listing activity, and Recommendations. If at any time you wish to turn your notifications off, you can do so by clicking this button.
Export Contact CSV
Agents can export a .csv file of all their contacts in the First app. By clicking this button, an email with the file will be sent to the email address associated with the account. This file will include all information found on the Contact Profile page including star rating, notes, address, etc.

We provide you with a count of all contacts that have been imported into First. This count does not include Hidden Contacts OR contacts marked as a Real Estate Agent. This will be the total number of Target contacts in your app that you can view.

In the First app, you have the opportunity to label contacts as Past Clients, Referrers, Vendors, or Active Clients. All tagged contacts can be found here. Any real estate agent that we have flagged, that you have marked as Real Estate Agent or Hidden can also be found here.
Contacts With Properties
The beauty of First is that we can append addresses to most of your contacts through our data provider. We provide insights into how many properties you provided and how many properties were added by First to enhance your database. We also give you the option to verify the property that we provide. You may find that the address presented is an investment property, past residence, or in some cases just the wrong address. Verify the property to update the address. Property verification also helps us train our model and improve on our processes.
When enhancing your database, if found, we will also add social media profiles to your contact’s Profile page. If we find them, we will add Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram profiles as another method for you to reach out to.
If you want to see or sort contacts by the imported sources, you can find those lists on the Account tab. You can also confirm which sources you have synced or need to sync. If you upload a CSV to your account, you will be able to see the file name here as well. You can use this section to focus on a specific group of people to contact or add to your In-Flow or Hot List.
Adding An Email Account
Agents can sync multiple email accounts to their First app on the Account tab. Click Add Email Account to get started.
Import Phone Contacts
Agents can sync or unsync their phone contacts by clicking the check box on the Import Phone Contacts button. You can also view the last date contacts were imported from your phone. If you wish to continue syncing your phone contacts automatically as you add them to your phone’s address book, confirm that the check box to the right of this button has been checked.
