Follow Up Goals were created to help agents effectively track progress with their personal outreach.
Each agent will be able to select a weekly goal during app setup and on the Activities tab. When prompted, move the slider to the number of connections you would like to have for that and tap “Set Goal.” Weekly activities and goal progress can then be tracked on the Activity tab.
Completed Next Steps, as well as calls, texts, and emails made through First, count towards a Follow Up Goal.
After you have chosen a target number of connections, that number and your progress towards your goal will be displayed on the Activity tab.
If you make a connection (phone call, text, email, etc) outside of the app or happen to run into a contact at the grocery store, don't worry, you can still log that connection in your app to count towards your connection goal. Simply open the Activity tab and push the Log a Connection button. The below screen will open prompting you to select a contact, the connection type, due date, and a description of your interaction. It's probably best to also create a Next Step for the contact so that you can remember to follow up with again in the future.
Progress towards your Weekly Follow Up Goal will reset to zero at midnight on Sundays and can be edited at any time from the Activity tab.
