Not seeing all your contacts? Don't worry....when you sync your phone or email, First's system immediately sorts your contacts into 3 buckets: Imported Contacts, Rejected Contacts and Needs Manual Cleanup.
Imported contacts are immediately populated into the app. Our system did recognized that they had been properly formatted, the contact had both a First Name and Last Name with proper spelling and they had a phone number or email address. We are able to immediately run contacts placed in the Imported Contacts bucket through our database. The number you are seeing here, is most likely all the contacts that were placed in the imported bucket.
Rejected contacts are contacts that could not be uploaded to your account due to lack of information or the contact was flagged as junk. This may include the following types of contacts: "Bob's Auto Shop", a contact with only a First Name and no phone number or email address, or a email address of a contact that was imported with no First Name or Last Name attached to it. Rejected contacts are either business or a contact that did not have sufficient information for us to run through our database.
Needs Manual Cleanup
When a contact is placed in the Needs Manual Cleanup bucket, often our system has recognized that this is indeed a contact, but perhaps it's not formatted in a way that we can import immediately into your account. These contacts are manually update by our Data Operations Team and then pushed through to your account if found not to be a junk contact.
